Before any session I will review any film the client has available. That way I can see what they are good at and what they should work on. Always start with a stretch. Given what I see on tape it can vary but will be done with attention to detail. I like intensity but not at the cost of improper technique. Then we do agility drills to help with the technique I’ll teach. The techniques will be either run or pass specific but it is all contingent on film review.
