USAF-Veteran, B.S. Health and Exercise Science Degree, NASM-CPT, NCAA DII Athlete.

I have worked as a personal trainer both commercially and independently for about 5 years. I have spent most of my professional career as an Exercise Physiologist in hospitals and PT clinics. After college, I was the head coach of an MS and HS Cross Country team for three years. I enjoy coaching athletes and have no age restrictions. My goals are to help make you the best version of yourself!

During my time at Regis University, I competed in DII Cross Country.
I have both coaching and athlete experience at all levels of running, from beginner to semi-pro in a wide range of races from track sprints all the way up to 100-mile Ultra runs.

Every workout will include time to warm up to prime the body for exercise. All plans/ workouts are catered to the individual athlete's specific needs and goals such as endurance, strength, weight loss, or recovery. Using my education and experience I am skilled in coaching form/ gait, addressing weaknesses, building endurance and strength, reducing the risk of injury, and understanding the emotional and mental difficulties of life and sports.

If you are looking for a coach to help you reach your running goals that is both passionate and compassionate - look no further. I have been working with Tim for over a year and I have been SO grateful for his help. In the past, as a long-distance runner, I thought I could, "just figure it out". But, having Tim help me with a training plan, strength training, and mindset - helped me go from "just finishing" a 100-mile race - to finishing 1st female and 3rd overall.
