I coached high school basketball for 12 years. I trained kids as well in Staten Island NY. Ages 7-21. I won two island championships n had 3 division 1 players.
I won the Jacques award in 1997 for the top basketball player on Staten Island. I was first team all city for New York Newsday with Ron Artest and Erick Barkley. I played Division 1 basketball on full scholarship for UMBC. University of Maryland Baltimore-County
Start with jump rope or a lil running to get loose. Ball handling for 15 mins, off the dribble moves n many shooting drills. Will work on everything.
