I have been giving private football sessions in Delaware for the past four years. My coaching is based on the principles I learned from my own private coach, and incorporates the drills I found most helpful as a collegiate player.
I enjoy working with players of all ages and levels who have a passion for the sport. For football I played strong safety in College and Quarterback in High school. My experience will aid each participant in developing the ability to perform at the peak of there potential. Offensive and Defensive Lineman, Linebacker, Cornerback, Safety and Defensive Ends are some of the most unglamorous positions in football. They are the most unsung positions on the field, but they also contribute the most to the success or failure of every game! Great demands are placed on these positions and I want to help each individual reach their full potential.
I start my sessions with a dynamic warm up, followed by skill and footwork development, conditioning, and tons of repetition.After each session, I want my athlete to feel an immediate, concrete improvement in his or her game.
