Work with adult athletes interested in running their first 5K through Ultra Distances or looking to PR at their next event. Have successfully transformed training plans to increase the runners ability to utilize their resources more efficiently. This allows runners to run faster, longer, and recover easier. I will get you the results you want, but you need to give yourself the dedication to stick to the plan!

Please note my rates are Monthly with the ability to build around meeting in person as well.
I tailor your plan and your payments according to your skill level. If you are a beginner we can start with a mix of in person and a weekly updated training plan that will help get you to your goal injury free. If you are more advanced we meet for speed work and to work on drills. Every runner is different and every plan is personalized. Hiring me equals a plan that gets you the best mix of personal attention and cost savings.

Running programs include a blend of slow pace, tempo, hills, and track work based on the goal race conditions, with an emphasis on nutrition and preparing the mind and body to work as a team.
Personal Training plans integrate the clients goals of fat loss or strength gain to teach clients how to make the lifestyle change necessary to achieve lasting results.
