More About Coach Tiffany

I have coaches rugby for ~3 years now. From 4th graders all the way to collegiate level at Boston University. For the past year I have become a personal trainer with a home gym in Arlington.

I started playing Rugby at Boston University (D1). At BU I won some awards such as “Most Valuable Back”, “Rookie of The Year” and became captain. Since graduating, I now play for the Boston Women’s Team, where I have won “Player of the Match” and “Rookie of The Year”.

At every session we will start chatting and stretching, following by a 7-20min quick cardio to get warmed up. We will then get into our workout of the day, which I like to break down days between core & cardio, back and biceps, triceps and shoulders, and agility. I work a lot off of “super sets”, which makes the athlete work harder for a long period of time before taking a break. After this 30-40 minute lifting session, we go into a cool down stretch and chat about the next session. I host monthly zoom sessions where we will go over progress and the session plans going forward.
