4 year Varsity athlete at Thomas College and was a pitcher

I completed my first year of coaching in the Lamprey River Little League in Nottingham coaching 11-13 year olds.

I have also participated in coaching clinics at Thomas College with age groups of 8-18 years old

Competed 4 years at the college level (DIII) at Thomas College and was a 2 year captain my Junior and Senior year.

After my first year of coaching in the Lamprey river Little League, my team placed 2nd overall after not placing higher than 4th for the previous 10 seasons

A client can expect position specific conditioning, fielding, hitting, pitching and mental training during each session.

My expertise is pitching, but I am very good in fundamental hitting and fielding, as well as intermediate with positional conditioning.

A typical session, depending on time, would start with conditioning, progression throwing, tee work for hitting, live hitting, progression fielding, and finishing with some more light conditioning. If pitching is needed, all would apply except for hitting. All training will be strictly one on one at all times unless a group time is set up.

Great sessions, he runs great drills that focus on multiple parts of your game at once. Would highly recommend for any age or level

We have really enjoyed watching Kienan grow as a pitcher after only two sessions. He respects Tom and listens to what he is teaching him. Tom is great with breaking down each step, identifying where Kienan is having issues and working on each little part that makes a pitcher complete. He gives him things to work on after each lesson and tells him why he is doing it (which make all the difference with a 15 yr.old).
