More About Coach Tevrin
Founder of Tevrin Brandon Speed School. Head strength coach at Freedom High School. Current staff with Lehigh Valley football academy and Mettlemovements. I work with all ages and genders (boys/girls). As well as all sports. Specializing in speed and agility.
Current Football and strength/conditioning coach. Free agent professional football player. Played in the CFL defensive back for Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Played 2 seasons in the NFL with the Denver Broncos, New York Jets, Kansas City Chiefs. Competed at the D1 level in two sports, football/track @ UCONN and Monmouth university where I also received degrees from.
Sport specific and geared towards specific positional training and conditioning. As well as speed and agility work to bring out the best. We would begin with the technical work (the little things). Which are the slightest tweeks that can be major. Then we'll continue to grow and start advancing to polishing everything technical difference at a high rate and speed to make you the best at anything you do!
