In the past, I played many different sports, such as baseball, basketball and football in high school. I started martial arts at 17 and never looked back. Studying San Soo Kung Fu, Boxing, BJJ (no gi), MMA, Jeet Kune Do and Fillipino Martial Arts.

I start with simple ways you can get into better shape and keep in shape. I will help them by using drills that can improve their skills. Like timing, speed and power. I will help them with their body language in a situation so that they do not come off as a victum. This is for men and women of all ages.
