I have over 20 years of teaching not only martial arts but varies forms of fitness, holistic health and eating for a better internal and external well-being. My methods are very unconventional , I focus on inner diet, rest, hi - low and stillness conditioning , unorthodox mind and body training combined with weight training techniques that are unseen in any gym.
1) 10 min stretching exercises
2) 10 min warm up drills
3) 10 min stillness training (this empower tendons and mind)
4) 1 hour of training with focus on the clients end goals.
All training varies depending on clients health and mental well being,but all goals will be met.
