I have trained in Boxing for 8 years. I have competed on a professional level and former Junior Olympian. I have also trained in Kick Boxing, and MMA (competed professionally and am currently a pro MMA fighter) and am also a BJJ Brown Belt. Martial Arts is my passion and all in all, Boxing has always been my center point.
A typical session with me would start out with me learning your own physical attributes so that I can cater to them and help one use his/her strengths. We work drills that improve muscle memory and will ensure that all the training is sticking, and that learning is practical. attention to detail is my strength. I currently assist and coach at multiple locations in the eastern NC area. I coach, prepare, and corner multiple MMA fighters.

NAME: Terin Swanson

BIO: Terin started training MMA at age 11 and earned his blue belt in at the age of 14 BJJ (2 years earlier than federation allows) making him the youngest blue belt in the nation which allowed him to successfully compete in the Junior (16-17) and Adult (18 and above) divisions in some of the most elite BJJ tournaments in the world. . Days before his 16 birthday Terin was awarded his purple belt which put him at an instructors level in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu making him the youngest purple belt in the region where he continued to compete and win as an adult in the BJJ circuit. Terin has now since received his brown belt at the very early age of 19 once again breaking the age barrier in New England. Terin trains Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and wrestling in the Northeast region of USA. Terin was a full feature interview in 2010 Issue IV Volume 2 of MMA Authority Magaazine and an XFC Pro MMA trials finalist at 16 years of age. Terin made the courageous decision to forgo an amateur career in MMA and take on a pro-career at the youngest age possible making is pro MMA debut just weeks after his 18th birthday. Terin was also the youngest competitive muay thai fighter in the state of CT at age 11 victoriously taking his first open class adult fight at age 16. 2013 will be Terins pro-boxing debut with 2014 being his pro-muay thai debut. Terin trains and fights for Gladiator Team in West Springfiled, MA as a student of Gabriel Gladiator Santos.
