I have coached for the past 6+ years doing small group skill work, large group skill sessions, power-skating, defensive specific skills, tournament coaching, youth mentorship programs, and more. I have coached in both Boston, MA and Upstate New York working closely with both boys and girls from the u10 level all the way to the collegiate level.

Growing up playing boy’s hockey in New York, I made the switch to girls hockey at 15 years old when I attended Selects Academy at Bishop Kearney. While there, I began my time with the USA hockey program, playing in the U18 IIHF World Championships for two years, winning the silver medal in Japan. I have continued to progress to the senior National Team level, most recently playing for Team USA at the Rivalry Series in 2025. I attended Colgate University to play Division I for 5 years (2019-2024) where I am the all-time leading point scorer among defenders as well as the third all-time assist leader in program history among all Colgate skaters. In 2024, I was drafted 22nd overall by the Boston Fleet (PWHL). After season one, I was selected in the first ever PWHL expansion draft by the Vancouver Goldeneyes. In June 2026, I signed a two-year contract with PWHL Detroit through 2028. PWHL Detroit is one of four teams in the league’s second expansion process.

Our sessions will be determined based on position and skill level. I want to promote an environment of creativity and risk taking, as mistakes are a sign of growth. My sessions will focus in on key areas the athlete would like to improve in or areas I see we can take their game to the next level. I try to emphasize the importance of skating ability/deception to create time and space regardless of position. Basic drop in sessions will touch on numerous fundamentals (edge work/control, puck touches and position specific shooting) with weekly sessions showing progression and on specific skills determined by the athlete.
