I have coached high school athletes of all levels, both as a team coach and as a private trainer. I also work as a private trainer to collegiate athletes. Currently working on obtaining USATF certification.

Currently training and competing full time as a decathlete for the Greek national team which gives me a wealth of experience in most Track and Field events. I began my career 17 years ago as a long sprinter and hurdler and competed at the collegiate level in both the 400m hurdles and the decathlon at UC Davis and the University of Arizona respectively.

I focus on overall preparation for athleticism; extensive warmup and drills, event specific training, and any conditioning relative to specific events. I also create competition strategies tailored to individual athletes.
