I was raised by one of the best coaches in Utah high school football. I've got QB training from some of the best coaches in the country and and connection to the countries top level qb trainers. I've trained/worked with QB's at every level, from NFL to 1st year little leaguers.

On a typical session I would have the following schedule:
Stretch/Warm up drills - during warm up drills working on the little mechanics of throwing motion.
Next would be footwork drills. 3 step drop, 5 step drop, hand off footwork, roll right, roll left footwork.
Next we would carry into passing, going through each of the footwork drills but now throwing the ball. Working on balance and coordination through out. If one on one session I would know the strengths and weekenesses of the QB and would work on each QB differently to make them better in areas that need improvement.
