My name is Stefani. I have been running and coaching runners for about 11 years. I have run one marathon and countless half marathons and 10k's. I am a former soldier and very familiar with APFT. I volunteer with Team Red White and Blue and hold running groups through out the week. I am also on the USO's ING New York City Marathon team. I would love to train you!
