I have been coaching football and have been involved in the Off season Strength and Conditioning program for 10 years. I Started my career as a freshman OL/ Co-Offensive coordinator and worked my way up to the varsity level Coaching OLB's and DL. Currently coaching Defensive Line/Offensive line/Special teams coordinator at Saint John Neumann high school. I typically work with high school aged students but i have worked with elementary and middle school aged students as well.

As a football coach I have been selected to coach in the collier county all star game 3 different years. I have been the special teams coordinator for the last 4 years, this.coming year I will be the defensive coordinator. I coach DL, OLB, OL,TE.

A typical session would include a dynamic warm up to get the blood flowing and improve running technique. WE would also work in agility, quick feet ,plyometrics , flexibility, and a stretching period. From there we would work on position specific drills focusing on technique, footwork, hand and eye placement. The session will last one hour.
