I have experience at the Collegiate level, High School level , Middle School level, and Elementary Level. Currently an Assistant Hurdles Coach at University of San Marcos, and High School Hurdles Coach at Mission Hills

Professional 100 Hurdler.
Most recent competition internationally includes Canada.
National Indoor Championships Qualifier 2014.

A typical session can last anywhere from 60 - 90 minutes. Each session includes sprint drills, speed and agility training, dynamic stretching, and Hurdle technique (if the athlete is a hurdler)
