More About Coach Silas
I have 8 years of coaching experience in youth and high school programs. I coached at North Florida Athletic Association, Scott Park Athletic Association, North Florida Educational Institute, TDH Academy currently. i own my own sports training business for 5 years now. I work with ages 6 and up.
I played at Ribault Sr High school in 2000, 2 years first team All State Super 11 Super 24 and super 75 in HS. Signed to play at Auburn University in 2000, played in the CFL and arena football. Had a few NFL workout with a few teams.
A client can expect technique emphasis, ladder drills, cone drills. Also i work on position specific drills by position. I do alot of teaching and demonstrations as well so my trainees can get a clear understanding of whats going on.
