NASM Certified Strength and Conditioning Fitness Coach. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Kick Boxing/Boxing instructor, Mixed Martial Arts/Self defense, and Group fitness Instructor. I also specialize in Nutrition, Meal planning, and Meal prepping. I have work with kids and adults of all ages and athletic abilities. I can teach a beginner with no experience to an advanced athlete with lots of experience

We start off with a dynamic warm up Mobility streching and continue to the for training plan for the day. I usually like to do body splits where we focus on muscles and upper and lower extremities.
