I have a B.A in Health Science, Personal training certification thru ISSA, and Nutrition Specialist via ISSA. I have over 1 yr of experience with hands on personal training as a health coach. Also, I play basketball in high school and Junior College at Shorter JUCO in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Because I am a Health enthusiast and health coach, clients will have a detailed training plan presented after the 2nd week. Typical training plan consist of strength training, HIT, CrossFit, Cardio, and whatever it takes to get the client closer to their fitness goals.

When I started with Shuntunna I was a little skeptical at first but he made sure I had a detailed workout plan and nutrition plan to help me jump start my journey. I am an older lady, but he still pushed me out of my comfort zone to help me reach my goals and for that I rewarded him with lunch at a pizza place on one of my cheat days of course.
When I started with Shuntunna I was 135 Ilbs and I wanted to bulk up and gain more muscle. I didn't have any experience in the gym and I was a vegan so I needed a special diet. He was able to work up a vegan and fish meal plan and I am now 170 lbs with muscles. Wow! Great job. I would recommend him to everyone I know, because in 24 session he helped me achieve my goals.
