I am the lead punting instructor for The Hammer Kicking Academy where we train the best kickers, punters, and long-snappers in the nation at the high school, college, and NFL level. I hav been working for HKA for 6 years and have been training kids through my college career where I played at Marshall University, Towson University and finished up at North Carolina State University and was fortunate enough to get to play in the Hula Bowl all star game and get a camp invite from the greenbay packers and 3 other professional teams.

Introduce Proper stretching and warm up routine that the top specialist do before every session. Show and demonstrate the top drills you can do to improve not only in the field but at home. Give insight on the mental side of how to deal with being an elite specialists and how to compete at the highest level. Ultimately, give detailed instruction and knowledge to help the specialist be the best version of themselves and live out there dreams.
