I am 4 year NFL Athlete that retired last year. I work with 5th - 12th as well as college and Professionally. I have trained HS, College, Professional athletes.
D1 scholarship to University of Wyoming and Oklahoma State.
I was a Freshman All-American, multiple player of games, 4 year NFL veteran for the Patriots, Dolphins, Bills, and Bears
I focus on core, stability, mobility, and explosive movements! I also focus on the mental side because mental toughness is key!
You will do warm up to get the sweat going and then we will go into the work out either it’s a Perfomance day or a strength day
