More About Coach Sean
I'm an independent ACE Certified Personal Trainer with years of experience in weight lifting, weight loss, and overall fitness. I'm also a basketball skills developer, with previous experiences in coaching with Orange County Jr. Magic and several other basketball summer camps.
I've been a basketball athlete since elementary school, playing in several recreational leagues, tournaments, and camps. My personal fitness achievement has been my journey of self improvement from a skinny 125 lbs. to a lean 158 lbs. (and still building). For fitness coaching, I specialize in improving mobility, building your core, flexible dieting, operating with proper form, and building muscle.
Your first session will be an assessment and introductory workout. For the assessment, I will analyze your posture and movements to help determine what exercises work best for you. Every session afterwards will be catered to your personal fitness goal. We will work on your mobility, core, strength, and endurance. I can also give general nutrition and diet guidance.
Location of sessions are any Orange County Recreation Centers (there are numerous locations around Orlando). If you have a home or apartment gym in the Orlando area, mobile-training is available (I will travel to location).
