More About Coach Sean

I work with all sprint, hurdle, and jump event track and field athletes, as well as mid-distance and long distance runners looking to improve speed. I also work with team sport athletes in developing acceleration and top speed. The preferred age range would be 13 years old to adults, but I am open to working with younger individuals. In addition, I also work with those who want to improve their overall health and fitness and/or athletic ability at a variety levels.

Each day has a specific objective: power & acceleration, or tech & anaerobic/aerobic endurance, or coordination, speed, and strength endurance (or special endurance depending on the time of year). A workout will consistent of a dynamic warm-up, followed by supplemental mobility or technical drills, then 2-3 drills addressing power, technique, or speed, and finishing with intervals or strength endurance runs of increasing volume. A cooldown and core work will follow.
