For the past eight years, I have coached and trained individuals looking to increase overall fitness, speed, and strength. I work with teams and individuals by creating plans according to their specific fitness and health needs.

In high school and college, I participated in track as a pole vaulter. Upon graduating, I became involved in Crossfit, weightlifing, sprinting, field events, and long distance running.

A normal session will be:

1. Warmup (varies depending on workout)
2. Running form drills (Track and Field)
3. Technique
4. Workout of the day
5. Mobility
