More About Coach Sanders
I have worked with athletes from all sports ages 6-18 in sports specific training as well as in the speed, strength, and agility realm. My first coaching experience came while out in Arizona during my transition from the NFL into professional baseball. I’ve also trained in Augusta, GA and here in the Atlanta area. I usually work with baseball players for hitting and outfield instruction. I also do football position specific training. I coach all athletes in the speed, strength, and agility realm.
In 2008 I was drafted out of high school by the Arizona Diamondbacks. I turned the offer down to play football at the University of Georgia. From there I was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in 2013. After 3 years with the Chiefs I signed a minor league baseball deal with the Atlanta Braves organization.
Every session is designed around the individual athlete—not a one-size-fits-all workout.
Clients can expect a challenging, positive, and intentional training environment focused on helping them become better athletes and more confident competitors.
Depending on the athlete’s age, sport, experience, and goals, sessions may include:
Hitting lessons. Fielding lessons. Speed and agility work. Strength training.
Most importantly, athletes should expect to be coached, challenged, and encouraged. I want every athlete to leave a session knowing what they improved, what they need to continue working on, and how that work connects to becoming a better player.
