More About Coach Sanaa
I am currently a Division 3 women’s basketball coach at Albright College. I have experience training athletes from elementary through high school. I typically work with middle and high school aged kids.
In high school, I scored over 1300 points. During my high school basketball years, I received 2A Third Team All-State, First Team All-Friends League, and All-Mainline honors. I played Division 1 Basketball at Samford University and Rider University where I made 79 career starts.
In the beginning of my workout, I like to focus on the fundamentals regardless of the age I am working with. In my sessions, I like to do drills that combine working on many different skills at one time. These types of drills prepare athletes for real game situations. I like to do live play in my workouts so that the athlete can work on the skills that I teach during the session. The goal of my workouts is that my athletes are able to learn, apply and have fun. Take a look at my Instagram @19151basketball to a sense of my workouts.
