I've taught in numerous dance studios in the DFW, competition director at Frisco Dance Force, Protege Dance Studio, Prosper Dance Force, Legacy Dance center, I train ages 4-adults and have choreographed and trained on youth, high school, and college competition level. I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Dance from the University of North Texas.

I am currently dancing for the Dallas Cowboys Rhythm and Blue Dancers, my choreography has also won numerous awards such as the American College Dance Festival top ten, numerous dance competition awards.

First, I would assess the client to see what technique training they need and work within their goals. I would formulate a plan that has ballet training with cardio etc. Each client is different and depending on what they want to work towards I will tailor a specific plan for them.
