Worked as the Assistant Coach for a Summer Track Team. My athletes qualified to go to the Junior Olympics in their respective events. Typically work with adolescents and children anywhere from 8 to 18.

On the Texas A&M Triathlon Team at the Collegiate level. Have extensive knowledge of conditioning techniques and ability to develop a personalized training program. Went to State in High School for the 2 mile, 1 mile, and 800 meter events. Have immense knowledge on coaching of track, and cross country. Kinesiology Major at Texas A&M University with a minor in Psychology.

A typical first session consists of an analysis on the level of the athlete. Then a program is specifically designed to progress the athletes in the major components of fitness that correspond with the sport. Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength and Endurance, Flexibility, and Agility are all incorporated in order to develop the athlete fully.

Integration of different running styles and cross-training to progress client as an athlete rather than just as a runner. Incorporation of techniques that build endurance and aerobic capacity. Focus on the needs of the athlete. Full assessment of athlete: nutrition, fitness components listed above (i.e. cardiovascular endurance), BMI, and fundamental running technique. Training program that will improve the athlete's competitive level in their event.
