I like to start off by getting a good warm-up and finish with a cool-down. As the session progresses the goals will be more clear and can gear the training towards those goals. Use training interventions that include: Free weights, Kettlebells, Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, Bodyweight exercises, Flexibility and Injury prevention (graduate of Physical Therapist Assistant Program), STM and Manual Therapy for injured/sore muscles, Steel Mace exercises for Shoulder/Core mobility and strength.
