I have been training for 20+ years. I have trained NFL, College Football, Soccer, Baseball, Cross Country, and Tennis. I have been self employed my whole life.

KSM SPORTS & FITNESS focuses attention on specific training. Over the past few years KSM SPORTS & FITNESS has been training businessmen and women, moms and dads and athletes looking for training that can be done at home or at your local gym. With KSM SPORTS & FITNESS, we come anywhere anytime. KSM SPORTS & FITNESS offers a 12,000 sq ft indoor training facility equipped with a cardiovascular and strength circuit equipment as well as a wide selection of free weights. It is a Functional training area with stability balls, resistance bands, plyometric equipment agility ladders, and boxes. It’s not your typical workout. We blend weight lifting with cross-fit, with TRX, and kettle bells, chains, resistance bands, ropes, sleds, bosu balls, cardio, and group fitness classes.

I played Div 1 college football in the SEC. In high school Basketball and Football were my chosen sports. I have worked in the sports industry for 20+ yrs from being a sports agent to a trainer. I enjoy athletes who work hard and have goals. Tennis is my favorite sport and I love to compete.

After I left the military in 2010, I took a very sedentary job. I started to work with Ryan Kunk to maintain a good level of fitness despite sitting 10 to 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. Ryan has helped me to stay fit, improve my posture and build functional strength. He mixes up the routine, but keeps it familiar enough that I feel comfortable. He stays mindful of my need to build balance, flexibility and coordination. I have learned to do "Supermans" and no longer have neck pain. I am 6 years out from my Air Force days when fitness levels were mandatory. Nonetheless, I can still pass a physical fitness test thanks to my weekly sessions with Ryan. I know myself. This would not have happened had I not worked out with him every week.
I have long been plagued by problems with my back due to stenosis and degenerating discs and a misalignment of my lower spine. The only relief that I ever received in the past was temporary and was the result of either chiropractic adjustments or medications. But I was looking for a better remedy that was more permanent and non-surgical. Ryan developed a regular program tailored to me that focused on stretching, improved posture, and increased strength in my core. The program included use of some innovative equipment that Ryan has developed as well as exercising and strengthening routines where Ryan personally trained me. The results have been very satisfying and the strength and flexibility in my core has helped me greatly. I recommend Ryan's regimen and expertise to anyone.
