More About Coach Ryan

I have done private lacrosse lessons with kids ranging from 9 years old all the way to seniors in high school. I have been doing them for 4 years now. I have coached players that are beginning up to the elite club lacrosse level and everywhere in between. I have worked in Bridgewater, New Jersey through the help of the club program I coach which is 2 Knight Lacrosse. I have been a coach for 2 Knights as well for 4 years coaching 4th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade teams.

2x U.S. Lacrosse All-American playing middie and attack at Watchung Hills Regional High School in Warren, New Jersey. 2nd place all time in goals at Watchung Hills. Currently a rising senior on the Rutgers Men's Lacrosse Team.

As an offensive player (experience at both middie and attack) there are many important techniques a player usually needs to learn to become elite. First, I teach players specific techniques on a part of the game whether it would be shooting, dodging, or stick work. Then after explaining why we use the certain techniques and why I use them, I create drills based on the information that has been given. I create the drills based on the needs of each specific player.
