I have been coaching youth Travel/All Star lacrosse for the past 4 years at one of top youth programs in the country. My last team over 2 years had a record of 85-3-1 that is over 2 years and 6 seasons (spring, summer, and fall)

I played at the collegiate level and went to the NCAA tournament 3 out if the 4 years. I also won 3 conference championships. I played professionally as well. I was never athletically gifted so I had to work at everything and fine tune my craft. So I am able to pass along the knowledge I've gained over 32 years of those 32,
22 years of actually playing lacrosse

From the very start I focus on fundamentals because this will be the base. I have a passing drill which cures bad passing and helps self diagnose bad passes.
