More About Coach Rowhan
I am a certified personal trainer with experience in Strength and Conditioning training located in the Fairfax County area. I am currently a student at Marymount University majoring in Health Science with a focus on Physical Therapy. I host a Group Performance Training session every Saturday for our weekend warriors. I have extensive background in Strength and Conditioning for sports such as Soccer, Football, and Basketball. Moderate skill training in the Track and Field area.
Experience in coaching men and women's soccer. Current coach of BRYC football, 125 national. Coached soccer for over 12 yrs and have been coaching football for the past 4 years.
60 sessions that will entail cardio, weights, and stretching. Personal assessments will be done to show where the client needs to focus on and what we can do to help build that area up. Also train to help achieve personal goals. Create an out door and indoor plan to expand the workout.
