I have a degree in Physical Education/ Recreation from Bethune Cookman University. I have one year of coaching little league flag football but I have more than 5 years of training athletes from high school on down to elementary school. I usually work with ages 10 to 21. I have a certificate in Physical Education-Coaching Styles and Techniques. I am a volunteer defensive line coach for the University of Faith football program in St. Petersburg, Florida.Im currently the Defensive Line Coach at Lakewood ranch high school.

I was a high school football standout as a defensive lineman/ defensive end at Palmetto High School in Palmetto, Fl. After my senior year, I attended Bethune-Cookman College (now university) where I walked on the football team as a middle/outside linebacker. After college, I played some arena football for the Daytona Beach Thunder at that time.

The first it will be stretching/warm-up. The next will be drills using the cones working on quickness depending on the position of the client. The next will be techniques depending on position of the client. The last will be cool down. I also do strength training.
