More About Coach Ronnie
I was a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the New York Mets for 12 yrs. I interned Georgia Tech Strength and Conditioning Department for 2 yrs. I was the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Georgia State University for 1 yr. I coach all age groups from youth to professional level. My certifications include- CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist)
PES- Performance Enhancement Specialist and I have a MS in Exercise Science.
I did not play sports at the college or professional level. I played baseball and football in high school. I was All-District and All- Region in baseball.
My session begins with a 15 min. active warm up. Next I teach a SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) session which my last 45min-1 hr depending on the athlete's needs/goals. Next I take the athlete through a weight training session which usually last about a 1- 1 1/2 hrs depending on the athletes's goals. I end the session with core training and stretching.

So far the two have developed a great chemistry with Coach able to get the best effort out of him while also managing to be encouraging and supportive.
