I am a Martial Arts practitioner with over 40 years of experience in multiple disciplines. I have achieved Master-level rank after decades of dedicated training and teaching in a variety of combatives. I currently conduct training sessions for a variety of clients, which include individuals, groups, companies, and organizations. I am also Chief Instructor over Martial Arts programming at one of the premiere Fitness Clubs in metropolitan Atlanta. My martial arts training and teaching consists of 36 years in the arts of Kajukenbo (Kenpo Karate, Jujitsu, Boxing), 3 years of Kenpo Karate, 2 years in American Freestyle Karate, and 1 year in Taekwondo.

As a child growing up in the early 1970's, I spent quality time learning the Sweet Science of boxing from my father and uncle. At the same time, I expressed an early interest in Karate and Kung Fu. By 1981, I won the California Karate Championships for my age division. I went on to defend that title for a consecutive year.

My initial client sessions include a getting-to-know-you visit; understanding my client's background, goals, objectives, as well as their physical abilities and challenges. Based on that information, and utilizing a host of time-honored and battle-tested martial arts techniques and content, we will devise an action plan to meet and exceed their martial arts and self defense goals.
