More About Coach Robert

Youth, high school, collegiate, & pro trainer
2015-2016 SC Focus AAU 15u Assistant Coach
2016-2017 Carolina Pressure AAU 16u - Assistant Coach

I played at the collegiate level at Johnson and Wales University, before a torn ACL ended my career in 2011. Ever since then, I've been focused & putting my all into getting these players better, & getting them scholarships.

You can expect an intense 60-90 minute workout. An average game usually lasts about 90 minutes. You want to simulate that into your workout. A good workout is always started with a good 10-15 minute stretch, followed by 10 minutes of conditioning. I specialize in every aspect of the game & draw up different plans of focus for each session. From there it's speed, agility, and quickness, ball handling, shooting, defense, and live game situations. Again, the order is all based on what our primary focus is for that session. Each day it's new.

Punctual good workout.

Really excellent drills that give you a better sense of ball handling. This is from someone who's never played organized ball before. I would definitely recommend Coach Robert

Rob's training has helped me improve in all aspects of my game. His ability to teach and attention to detail has really taken my game to the next level." - Tyrell Corbin, Cal State Bakserfield Guard/Overseas Pro Basketball is equally mental as it is physical, if not more. Working out with Rob, I've developed a higher basketball IQ than what I already had. He really breaks the game down, simplifies it, and positions you to make the best out of your abilities. The simpler the better." Eric Washington, Miami of Ohio University Guard I see what you do with the kids, & I love it, I'm impressed." Dion Bethea Head Coach, Gray Collegiate Academy
