- 19 years of martial arts experience
- 13 of those 19 years assisting and teaching.
- Previously the lead instructor of 2 martial arts companies in jacksonville.
- Currently the owner of Alpha Dogs Martial Arts

- 3rd Degree Black belt in American Freestyle Karate
- 3rd Degree Black belt in Lissajous-do Weapons System
- Blue belt in Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu
- 2 state sport karate championships
- competed in sport karate, continuous kickboxing, Boxing and weapons on an international level
- Still currently training in as many styles as i can in order to constantly improve and grow in the martial arts.

Sessions are 1 hour long and are broken up into 4 sections:
- Warm ups; Focusing on stretching and strength training
- Techniques; A Introduction into what the lesson will be that day
- Drilling: Working on the techniques in order to improve on them
- Sparring; Making the techniques work at a faster pace

Each session is designed around your specific area of interest in the martial arts. Once we have established your specific goal it is much easier to tailor a lesson plan based on your needs.
