After a first evaluation session and detailed conversation with the player and parents, I will put together an individual development plan, which is tailored to the athlete.
My workouts include athletic development, skill work, as well as individual and group tactical concepts.
Proper shooting form, feeling for game situations and Basketball IQ are cornerstones of my development plans.
My training motto "Bones over Cones" ensures games and drills, which are 100% translatable to actual game situations and will result in better performances during live games.
