More About Coach Robert

I have been coaching for about nine years. During this time I've worked with boys and girls ages 4-22. I coached middle and high school teams in the Jefferson and Waukesha school district areas. Recently, I became the JV girls basketball coach at Waukesha West High School. I have designed and executed basketball camps at the YMCA Pabst Farms in Oconomowoc. In 2013, I graduated from the University of Whitewater with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.

I played four years of high school basketball. After being cut my freshman year of college, I became a starter for the UW-Rock County Rattlers.

I do not have a specific outline for all individuals. I will design a plan to build upon the athlete's strengths or improve on their weaknesses. We can discuss which skills you would like to focus on prior to our first session.

We have had 2 sessions with Coach Robert and he seems like a great fit for my daughter. You can tell he has a great passion to teach and help those wanting to improve all aspects of the game and takes you to that next step mentally and physically. My daughter enjoys his cool and laid-back personality which makes working with him exciting but at the same time challenging. He is defiantly building a better player through skills training and positive affirmation. I see my daughter’s self-esteem being reestablished along with her basketball skills. We look forward to the next session!

Very helpful and worked with my son on areas where we wanted to improve. Also gave us things we could do at home. Was could at communicating with us and had a good response time.

I had chose a lesson for my son with Coach Robert because of his respectable history of coaching youth basketball as well as seeing how wonderful he has interacted with children of all ages at the YMCA over the years.
My son was nervous at the idea of one on one coaching because he has always been in a team environment that doesn't focus on players strengths and weaknesses. Through all of his experiences my son has never received feedback followed by constructive direction.
After his lesson with Coach Robert my son told me that he really enjoyed his lesson, learned a lot, thinks that Robert is a great person, that he is really good at basketball and is a great coach. I couldn't have asked for anything more. We had also received a message with feedback and what to focus on and what to practice.
I have since purchased a package with Coach Robert and plan on my son meeting with him on a weekly basis. My son is very excited to continue learning with Coach Robert.
