More About Coach Riley

Trainer for all levels in strength and speed development! Will properly coach all fundamental movements and workouts for increasing overall athletic performance, including increased endurance, speed training, explosive ability, jumping ability, muscular strength, weight loss, proper nutrition as well as mental support and mentorship for aspiring high school and collegiate athletes. Experience gained through running as D1 All-American for Long Beach state and personal training for track and field development as well as fitness.

Former D1 Heptathlete for Long Beach state. 2X All-American. 2X All Big West Conference Athlete of the year. Finished 8th in the USA for Heptathlon for 2018 season and competed for Team USA. Currently training professionally for the upcoming 2019 season.

Sessions will run 1 full hour:
15 minutes warm up:
-Jog/walk/bike
-dynamic warm up drills (high knees, skips, etc.)
-static stretching (standard as well as personalized for each athletes needs)

30 min workout-
Dependent on each athletes needs. May include:
-speed drills on track or grass
-field event specific drills (Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put, Javelin, hurdles if requested)
-personalized endurance workouts
-circuit training
-core/stability/injury prevention training
-strength training (may include accessing a gym with lifting equipment for high level training)

15 minutes cools down:
-light jogging and drills
-personalized stretching
-mental coaching and recapping goals/workouts/strengths/weaknesses.
