The Massachusetts based youth sports company specializes in the introduction and development variety of sports to youths Pre-K- Middle school. As a lead coach I lead groups of 10-20 youths in basketball, tee-ball, flag football, dodge ball, and other youth enrichment activities.
In the fall of 2013 I began my fitness career as a Member Services Specialist for Beacon Hill Athletic Clubs in Newton, MA. As a Member Services Specialist I was responsible for maintain the overall climate of the club and member experience.I provided tours for potential clients, sold memberships, and shadowed Certified Personal Trainers. My experience at BHAC introduced me to the fitness/gym industry and gave me the skills I needed to continue in my career in training.
In the fall of 2014 I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to return to my Alma Mater Randolph High School where I continued my coaching/ Athletic administrative career. There I was responsible for assisting the Athletic Director in all daily operations of the Randolph Public Schools Athletic Department. As the assistant I helped manage all marketing, communication, equipment, and administrative duties of the athletic department. In my short time at RPS I created the athletic departments first Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, improved daily visits of the webpage, and improved user experience on our social media platforms.
I got my first varsity coaching experience when I took the position of Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach for the Randolph High Blue Devils. There I was responsible for assisting the head coach in rebuilding a struggling varsity program in a strong South Shore League. As the assistant my main duties where to help lead practices, assist in all game day duties, develop the younger athletes, and mentor all athletes in athletic/life skills.
In the spring of 2015 I added another athletic/coaching experience as I accepted a position with Zero Gravity Basketball. At ZG I served as a Tournament Site Coordinator. As a Tournament Site Coordinator I was responsible for managing all operation duties for the companies AAU Basketball Weekend tournaments. There I managed a team of 5-10 employees which included admissions, officials, and volunteers.
In February of 2016 I was introduce to Sports Performance/Strength & Conditioning by Mario Hines and Xplosive Performance Academy-Framingham. At XPA I am the Assistant Director of Operations and Assistant Head Trainer. As Mario's partner I am responsible for all day-today operations of the company including ; sports performance training, adult fitness training, youth personal training, sports specific training, combine prep marketing, recruiting, and administrative duties. I train youth, varsity, collegiate, and professional athletes who sports consist of baseball, football, soccer, golf, hockey, basketball, lacrosse, and track & field.
My athletic career began at the age of four years old in Quincy, MA where soccer became my first love. At the youth level I would go on to play basketball, football, track & field, and baseball. By middle school I excelled in football, baseball, and track in field competing on elite Pop Warner, Little League, travel, and local teams.
In high school I was a three sports varsity captain for the Randolph Blue Devils at Randolph High School. As a varsity football player I was a all-league an all-scholastic football player rushing for over 1,500 yards in my three years starting for varsity. As a sprinter and long jumper I was among the schools fastest sprinters competing in the 55m meter sprint, 200m sprint, and 4x200m relay. As a outfielder for the Blue Devils I captained a rebuilding varsity program where I lead off, lead the team in steals, total bases, runs, and home runs. At the end of my varsity athletic career I had received Division III- Division IA interested to continue my athletic career in football, track & field, and baseball.
In the fall of 2009 I enrolled at Lasell College located in Newton, MA where I was a baseball recruit. I joined former Blue Devil teammates of mine as I became a Lasell College Laser for the Division III Baseball team. For the team I played outfield and was used primary as a utility/base-runner for the team. After one season with LCB I decided to put my athletic career on pause for one year, as athletic burn out got the best of me. By the winter of 2012 I was back competing in athletics but this time it was for Lasell's Track & Field Program. There I was the team's strongest sprinter competing in both Indoor and Outdoor Track. Currently I hold some of the schools best times in the 55ms ( 7.04), 60m (7.34) 100m ( 11.61) 200m ( 23.86).
