Coached-- HS New Balance/AAU All-American-Champions, NCAA Division I MEAC Conference Champions and East Regionals Qualifiers
I was a Div I All-American Athlete and Conference USA Athlete of the year. My best events were the long jump (26"5"), triple jump (53'9"), and the 100m (10.67) established school records at the University of North Carolina-Charlotte. Now after 19 years experience in collegiate coaching I can proficiently coach all the sprint, jump, and hurdles.
This is not beginner training.
My coaching is designed exclusively for dedicated, competitive athletes who are serious about excelling in their sport. If your goal is to compete at a high level, refine your mechanics, and maximize performance, this is the training for you.
Performance starts with precision.
Every session is built to make critical technical adjustments that directly impact performance. Whether we’re training on the track or on grass (depending on intensity and volume), the focus is always on efficiency, mechanics, and championship-level execution.
Biomechanics drive results.
Most athletes, especially at the high school level, can make significant gains by improving technical movement patterns. That’s why I specialize in identifying inefficiencies and designing tailored conditioning and sprint workouts that produce measurable improvements.
Progress takes commitment.
One session may open your eyes, but true development requires consistent, structured work. I strongly recommend either a 3-session or 10-session package to unlock your full potential. Athletes who train with me over time consistently experience the most dramatic performance growth.
