More About Coach Renadi
The experience I have coaching athletes. I have coached at Next Movement in Plainville, MA where I trained athletes from youth to college level.
I coached at Anytime Fitness in Norwood and Plainville as well where I trained gen pop as well as high school athletes.
Currently coach at F45 South Shore Boston where I train high gen pop as well as athletes.
I am certified as a CPT (certified personal trainer), CNC (Certified Nutrition Coach), and CFSC (Certified Functional Strength and Conditioning)
Played College Soccer at Bridgewater State where we won the MASCAC Tournament in 2018. Played a bit of Semi pro in Alicante.
I currently play in the OSSL (Amateur Soccer) but we won our league and qualified for the Massachusetts State Soccer Tournament
It all depends on the client and their needs. What we will do is go through a warm up, dynamic/activation, speed and agility, then into strength work, and a cool down….with a surprise depending on the day
