Monroe Community College 2007-2008, went to D1 Junior College Nationals
The Beacon School 2003-2007, senior year received MVP player and was Team Captain, received most improved player sophomore and junior year, and received freshman of the year.
Played AAU with Exodus NYC summer 2007 under Mike Moore.
During my childhood years I played with Dunlevy Milbank, in Harlem.. New York, NY under coach Kelsey Stevens
growing up on my spear time I would watch basketball and play against guys to get tougher and better at the sport.
I usually don't have a typical workout routine, I often like to change workouts up so the player does not get bored. In the beginning of the workout I have the player do some light jogging, high knees, kick butts, karaoke, jog backwards, lay-up jumps, slide shuttles, opposite arm to opposite foot stretch, theres more quick warm ups I have them do but I am just giving a few of them right now, after warm-ups I stretch the player all around so they can be lose, Lastly we get into the workout.
I am a skills coach/ I know the game from inside and out. I usually ask the player what their strengths and weaknesses are. I then focus on the parts that they are weak in and if we have time focus on the strengths for muscle memory. If the player doesn't have a clue on what to work on I put them through a quick short workout to see what their strengths and weaknesses are.

She has been the best skills coach I ever had! I grew way better as a player in 3 months than I did with anyone and I been playing basketball for about 10-11 years now! The most development I ever had in my entire career!
Travis Betran (D1 Austin Peay) (Testimonial)
She is patient person, she takes her time with the person that is struggling, she is a believer; what I mean by that is like for me for instance... when we was little and I just started playing ball I would never get pick and that use to crush my spirit but she was always the one to pick me up and help me play with the older guys and that helped me gain a lot of confidence , she also was a good influence on my life because she kept me off the streets and always made sure I was good and if I didn't have it she would help me out, with all of her help it helped me get to where I am today and hopefully for the future.
