- USATF Level 1 Coach

I am a member of the Oiselle Running Team.
Completed many 5k's, 10k's, 15k's, half marathons and a marathon. I did not compete at the collegiate or professional level. I have placed 2nd in my AG in a 5k in 2012. I placed in the top 10-20% of overall runners in each race I've done.

- Warm up drills, then a dynamic workout followed by cool down stretching.
