More About Coach Raynaldi
My name is Raynaldi Voyard. I am extremely interested in this job opportunity. I have attended Worcester State College where I played 2 years of varsity basketball. I am currently in school for my bachelors. I am energetic, outgoing, and ambitious.
Since I last played college basketball I have been a strength and conditioning coach at my high school team South Lancaster. academy. I have also coached at different age camps throughout the northeast including Jim Calhoun's Basketball camp and the well-known Behn camp. Now I've turned my focus towards more personalized teaching and elite skills training. All while trying to encourage working out the mind just as much as the body.
I helped our team become the first team In 15 years to go to the semi-finals in our high school histolry. I led the team as a captain, all-conference, and won all tournament team. In college I played 2 years as a defensive specialist at Worcester state university.
My workouts focus on a mix of plyometrics, flexibility, and injury prevention to begin. It's extremely important to learn to activate the muscles correctly to ensure that you get the most out of a workout. From there the workout goes through ball handling, shooting, how to break down a defender and how to stay with your man. Each workout is a building block to becoming a complete confident basketball player.

Client Reviews
Sean (CoachUp client)
It’s only been one session, but we plan to sign up for the long term based on what we saw. Our son is guaranteed to see the results in time with the workouts Coach Ray is putting him through. 💪
John (CoachUp client)
My son had his first session with Ray and it was outstanding. His style and approach with my son was nothing short of amazing. My son told me after the session he felt awesome and couldn’t wait to see coach Rey again.
Ian Thibault (Testimonial)
Coach Ray really helped me understand the game better. He was patient and pushed me to reach new levels.
