Rashad Rich, a Washington DC native, excelled as a multi-sport athlete(football, basketball, track) at Bishop McNamara High School. Lettering in all three sports and earning all conference honors in track and field, Rashad went on to earn a football scholarship to attend Bacone College in Muskogee, OK. At Bacone, he earned 1st team All-Conference honors and was named Outstanding Wide Receiver after his senior season.
After graduating from Bacone, Rashad aggressively pursued professional football. His journey included stints in the Indoor Football League and the Canadian Football League. During his off-seasons, Rashad coached wide receivers at Bishop McNamara High School and Bishop Dennis J. O'Connell High School.
He was named as the Director of Football for Perfect Performance NOVA in May 2017. Additionally, Rashad was named an area scout for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League in June 2017. Rashad uses his professional scouting eye to help evaluate and develop high school and collegiate players.
I am a believer of quality reps. Every athlete will learn the proper technique that goes with playing Wide Receiver, Defensive Back, Running back and overall skill development. I want to teach athletes some techniques that I learned while on the professional level. The athletes will get intensity when it's needed and they will be in a comfortable learning environment.
