I've self trained myself and a few of my teammates at the University of Southern Mississippi in Sprint Hurdles. The age groups in which I've aided in the past are from 17+, however, I'm able to coach all ages. Currently, I have a Level 1 Track and field certification.

While being a Division 1 athlete, I was able to become a 6X All Conference Team member, 3X NCAA Prelim Qualifier, 1X NCAA Championship Qualifier, and also a Conference -USA Indoor Record / USM Record Holder in the 60MH. I also qualified for the USA Indoor Championship in 2014. Finished #17 at the NCAA Championship earning the title "All American Honorable Mention"

My clients can typical expect instructional training, high quality drills, and a array of new techniques. I start working out my athletes by having them go through an array of stretches and drills which prepare the body for an intense workout session.
